A collection of vintage advertising materials and corporate stationery from Belknap, Inc. of Louisville, Kentucky, focusing on the Blue Grass Tools brand. The group includes a softcover tool catalog titled Blue Grass Tools, designated as Catalog No. 167. The light blue cover features a central globe graphic and the slogan The most complete line of tools in the WORLD under one brand. Interior pages are illustrated with technical drawings and specifications for Blue Grass brand products including ripping hammers, framing hammers, electrician’s hammers, flooring hammers, hand saws, and repair grip kits. The collection features a white folder with blue text reading Schedule of Hardware, which bears a red and blue logo reading Belknap INC. EXTRA QUALITY BLUE GRASS LOUISVILLE KY. 40232 TRADE MARK. Two red and white promotional placards are present, printed with The Nation’s Standard of Quality, DEPENDABLE, and SINCE 1840, alongside the address BELKNAP, INC. LOUISVILLE, KY. 40201. One envelope features a logo consisting of four intersecting circles, and another bears the Blue Grass Hardware logo shaped like a stylized paint can.
