Description
A Stevens Model 311A side-by-side double-barrel shotgun chambered in .410 gauge. The firearm is constructed with a blued steel barrel assembly and a walnut stock and forend featuring a smooth, glossy finish. The receiver exhibits a mottled case-hardened finish. The left side of the receiver is stamped with the text STEVENS MODEL 311 followed by SAVAGE ARMS CORPORATION CHICOPEE FALLS, MASS. U.S.A. The right side of the receiver bears the stamped mark MODEL 311A. The shotgun is configured with dual triggers, a tang-mounted sliding safety, and a single metal bead front sight. The stock is fitted with a black textured buttplate. A handwritten paper hang tag is attached to the trigger guard reading STEVENS Model 311A .410 GA. Overall length: approximately 42.5 inches.
