Description
A desktop medical diagnostic set by Welch Allyn. The set is comprised of a dual-well charging station, two rechargeable power handles, an ophthalmoscope head, and an otoscope head. The charging base is constructed of cream-colored molded plastic with a black top plate and features a silver-toned printed mark reading WELCH ALLYN and a black adhesive label on the front reading Diagnostic Center. The two rechargeable power handles are made of chrome-plated metal with a cross-knurled grip pattern and feature charging contacts at the base. The ophthalmoscope head is marked on the reverse with printed white text reading Welch Allyn / Skaneateles Falls NY USA / US PAT. 4,526,449 4,998,818 / CE / REF 11720. It is fitted with a removable brown and peach-colored molded plastic pediatric attachment shaped like a monkey holding a camera. The reverse of this attachment is embossed exambuddies.com and SANITIZE BEFORE USE. The black molded plastic otoscope head is marked with an embossed Welch Allyn logo and features a chrome neck stamped 25020A USA.
