Description
This vintage Waterloo model JL-70 machinist tool chest is constructed of steel with a distinctive aqua blue hammered finish. The chest features a top lid opening to a deep storage compartment and a multi-drawer configuration consisting of a medium-width side drawer, three shallow stacked side drawers, and two full-width bottom drawers. A circular Waterloo decal is located on the lower right corner of the front panel, displaying a stylized orange and white W and the model number JL-70. The chest contains a diverse assortment of vintage hand tools and automotive components. Hand tools include numerous open-end, box-end, and combination wrenches by various makers including Thorsen and Magic Wrench (notably a 13/16 inch and 3/8 inch combination). The set also includes a large red-painted pipe wrench, locking pliers, adjustable wrenches, various pliers, and socket components. Automotive interest is represented by vintage flasher units in original packaging by Ford Motorcraft and Tridon, several chrome-plated automotive trim pieces, a caster wheel, and a variety of hardware including nuts, bolts, and brass fittings.Length: 20 inchesDepth: 8.75 inchesHeight: 12.5 inches.
