Description
Large-scale color photomechanical reproduction of the fox hunting scene titled Run to Earth after the original work by Heywood Hardy (British, 1842-1933). The print depicts a classic English sporting scene with mounted riders in traditional red hunting coats surrounded by a pack of foxhounds in a rural landscape. The work is plate-signed in the lower left corner. It is housed in a decorative gold-toned frame with a beaded inner border and triple matting, featuring a dark green top mat and a gold-toned fillet. A gallery label from Collectors Gallery is attached to the paper dust cover on the reverse side.Framed dimensions: 39.75 x 29.75 inches.
