Description
A wooden tiered mantel clock in the triple decker style. The case is constructed from stained wood, likely pine, and features a tiered tower design. The structure includes two flanking square pillars supporting a gabled top with a central decorative notch. The central body consists of three distinct sections: a top clock compartment with a hinged glass door, a middle compartment with a glass viewing window for the pendulum, and a bottom section featuring a functional drawer with a brass-tone pull knob. The case is accented throughout with brass-tone L-shaped corner brackets. The square brass-tone dial features an ornate foliate scrollwork background and a circular chapter ring with black Arabic numerals. It includes three black hands: a spade hour hand, a decorative minute hand, and a thin second hand. The rear of the clock reveals a black plastic battery-operated quartz movement. A decorative brass-tone swinging pendulum is visible through the middle compartment window.
