SHIPPING NOT AVAILABLE, FOR PICK UP OR TRANSPORT ONLY – This dresser is designed in the American Empire style and dates to the mid-19th century. It is constructed with cherry wood as the primary material, exhibiting a reddish-brown color and tight grain, with secondary utility woods such as poplar or pine used for the backing and drawer interiors. The piece features a tiered structure consisting of two small setback glove drawers at the top and three full-width drawers in the main body. The case is flanked by turned pilasters that transition into stout turned feet. The side panels are recessed within a frame. Each drawer is fitted with turned wooden knobs and central keyholes with inset escutcheons. The upper portion includes a rectangular tilting mirror mounted between two turned supports topped with decorative finials.
