Description
A pair of matching Jos. Schlitz Brewing Co. 125th Anniversary Commemorative Steins manufactured by Ceramarte. These stoneware vessels feature a raised-relief design with a cream-colored body and brown-washed accents used to highlight the details. The central relief panel depicts the historical Schlitz brewery complex in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, situated beneath a banner reading 1849 and 1974. The base of each stein is embossed with the text 125th Anniversary Commemorative Stein and is decorated with a band of green hops and golden barley. One side of the body features an oval medallion containing a graphic of the Schlitz Palm Garden 1900s. The opposite side contains an oval medallion with printed text titled 125 Years, detailing the brewery history starting with August Krug in 1849. The handles are decorated with a relief scroll pattern. The underside of each base is marked with the Ceramarte logo, PRODUCT OF BRAZIL, and sequential serial numbers S.N. 052039 and S.N. 052040.
