Description
This vintage still bank is attributed to A.C. Williams and depicts a St. Bernard dog in a walking pose. The figure features the breeds characteristic thick coat and is equipped with a double pack or saddlebag across its back. The bank is constructed from two cast metal halves joined by a single flat-head screw on the right side of the body. A functional coin slot is positioned at the top center of the pack. The exterior is finished in a gold-tone paint. Length: 8 1/4 inches Height: 5 1/2 inches Width: 2 inches.
