Description
A set of four vintage pressed glass saucers manufactured from uranium glass, characterized by its pale yellowish-green transparent tint under natural light and its brilliant neon-green fluorescence under ultraviolet light. The saucers feature a concentric ring or ribbed circle pattern that radiates from the center to the rim, a design aesthetic common in American Depression-era glassware. Each piece bears a faint embossed mark in the center; while the characters U.S.A. are visible at the bottom of the central circle, the arched text above remains illegible. The construction is machine-pressed glass with a smooth base and no pontil mark. The pattern and partial marking are consistent with items produced by American glass manufacturers such as the Federal Glass Company.
