This lot consists of two original bundles of unused new old stock paper bottle labels from the Meadowlawn Distillery Co. of Meadowlawn, Kentucky. The first bundle contains labels for Old Baker Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, featuring a pale green and white color palette with gold-toned medallions and wheat stalk graphics. Text includes the brand name, 80 proof designation, charcoal filtered status, and descriptive text regarding reserve stocks and flavor. The second bundle contains labels for Old 1889 Brand Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, featuring a yellow and cream background with a black silhouette map of Kentucky and a gold seal for the Kentucky State Fair Award for Excellence. Text for this brand includes 86 proof, genuine sour mash, and charcoal filtered designations. Both bundles are comprised of lithographed paper and remain bound by original white cotton string.
