Description
A vintage electric table lamp featuring a deep cranberry red glass shade crafted in a hobnail pattern. The shade is finished with a hand-crimped, ruffled rim. While the glass pattern and color are characteristic of 20th-century production by Fenton Art Glass, no maker’s marks were identified on the shade or base during inspection. The lamp stands on a cast metal base with an antiqued brass finish. The base consists of a fluted stem and a wide, domed foot heavily decorated with embossed scrolling foliate and rococo-style designs. The piece is equipped with a pull-chain socket and a small bell-shaped finial.
