Description

This collection consists of three pieces of American opalescent pressed glass. The lot includes a large footed bowl, a divided relish dish, and a circular plate. The footed bowl features a three-footed base and a deeply ruffled rim with a white opalescent treatment. The body is decorated with a pressed pattern of stylized flowers on long stems radiating from a central starburst, which is attributed to the Iris pattern produced by Fenton Art Glass. The divided relish dish is a shallow circular form with a single center divider and a ruffled opalescent rim. The exterior is decorated with a pressed hobnail pattern, consistent with the Moonstone pattern by Anchor Hocking. The circular plate features concentric rings of pressed hobnails and a central radial starburst design, finished with a matching white opalescent rim in the style of the Anchor Hocking Moonstone pattern. All pieces are manufactured from clear glass with heat-applied opalescence on the edges. There are no embossed maker marks or signatures visible on any of the items.
