Description
A mid-20th century silver-plated presentation ice bucket set, in the style of Paul Revere reproductions often produced by makers like International Silver or WM Rogers and Son. The set consists of a lidded bucket, a removable clear glass liner, and a coordinating scoop. The bucket features a globular body with two cast shell-motif handles. It is topped with a fitted, stepped lid featuring a fluted melon-form finial. The interior contains a heavy-walled clear glass liner. The accompanying scoop is designed with a decorative fleur-de-lis handle. The front of the bucket is professionally engraved with a large serif monogram W T P above the inscription From THE OFFICE GIRLS. The construction is silver-plated base metal, evidenced by heavy, uneven surface tarnish and oxidation. No maker’s marks, hallmarks, or purity stamps are visible on the exterior surfaces of the bucket, lid, or scoop.
