Philip Morris U.S.A. Tobacco Farmer Partnering Program Metal Advertising Thermometer with Original Box
Description
An American promotional wall thermometer produced for Philip Morris U.S.A. as part of the Tobacco Farmer Partnering Program. The thermometer is constructed from a white-painted metal plate with embossed sections. The top section features a printed graphic depicting two hands shaking over a tobacco field landscape, framed by yellow tobacco leaves, beneath the text PHILIP MORRIS U.S.A. TOBACCO FARMER PARTNERING PROGRAM. The central recessed section houses a functional glass thermometer tube set against a black and green printed scale measuring Fahrenheit from -50 to 120 degrees. The lower left of the scale includes small printed text reading Made in USA 31. The bottom section of the plate features a green rectangle with the words WORKING TOGETHER printed in yellow and green. The reverse of the plate shows the bulb of the thermometer tube protected by a molded housing.
