Description
An assortment of early fired clay and earthenware gaming marbles. The collection features a variety of surface treatments, including plain, dyed, and mottled finishes. The color palette ranges from cream and off-white to earth tones of tan, ochre, and deep brown, with several specimens exhibiting a speckled or sponged appearance characteristic of Bennington-style earthenware. The marbles are contained within a clear glass storage jar equipped with a silver-tone metal screw-top lid.
