Description
A vintage promotional rain gauge featuring a white molded plastic frame and a clear glass measuring tube. The frame is designed with a pointed base for ground insertion and includes two integrated clips that secure the glass tube. The front of the plastic frame displays a vertical scale printed in green, graduated from 0 to 4 inches in 1/10-inch increments. The right side of the frame features advertising text reading CARRISS’S GROCERY Southville, Kentucky in green capital letters. The reverse side shows a recessed structure, and the lower portion of the stake contains two circular mounting holes. Embossed into the plastic on the reverse side below the tube seat are the characters MORCO USA.
