Description
A manual American meat grinder constructed of cast metal, likely iron, with a tinned or galvanized surface finish. The device consists of a top-loading hopper, a horizontal cylindrical grinding body containing an internal auger, and a hand crank fitted with a turned wooden handle. The base features an integrated C-clamp with a threaded screw and wing-nut style handle for securing the unit to a work surface. The hopper bears an embossed mark consisting of a keystone shape containing the number 30 above the capitalized text BLUE GRASS.
