Description
A Japanese-manufactured Browning BT-100 Stainless 12-gauge single-barrel trap shotgun. The firearm features a satin-finished stainless steel receiver and a 34-inch ported barrel chambered for 2 3/4-inch shells. The barrel is equipped with a high-profile ventilated rib finished in a dark matte coating, topped with a white bead front sight and a smaller mid-bead. The shotgun is fitted with a high-gloss finished walnut thumbhole stock and matching forearm, featuring a raised comb and a brown ventilated rubber recoil pad. A gold-plated trigger is protected by a stainless steel trigger guard. The right side of the receiver is marked BT-100 and STAINLESS in black lettering. The left side of the barrel is marked with a two-line inscription reading BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. / MADE IN JAPAN. Further down the barrel, the text reads INVECTOR-PLUS BT-100 SPECIAL STEEL 12GA. SHELLS 2 3/4. The underside of the receiver bears the serial number 04408NTJ99. This lot includes a tan canvas soft case with leather reinforcements bearing a raised oval leather patch reading BOYT. Also present is the original paper owner’s manual titled BT-100 SINGLE BARREL TRAP SHOTGUN, a Browning-branded choke wrench, a multi-tool, and two green plastic Invector-Plus choke tube containers with labels reading LEAD-MODIFIED / STEEL-FULL and LEAD-IMP. MODIFIED / STEEL-FULL. Overall length: 50.75 inches.
