Rossi Model 170 38 Special Double-Action Revolver

Description
A Brazilian-made Rossi Model 170 five-shot double-action revolver chambered in .38 Special. The firearm is constructed with a metal frame and barrel featuring a satin nickel or stainless finish, paired with two-piece contoured wood grip panels. The left side of the 3-inch barrel is stamped with AMADEO ROSSI S.A. / SAO LEOPOLDO R.S., while the right side is marked .38 SPECIAL. On the right side of the frame, a circular Rossi logo is stamped above text reading MADE IN BRAZIL / THE GARCIA CORP. / WASH. D.C. The serial number D269386 is impressed on the underside of the frame. Each wooden grip panel contains an inset circular silver-toned medallion featuring the Rossi monogram. The revolver features a ramped front sight, an integrated rear notch sight, a knurled ejector rod, and a spurred hammer. A white paper inventory tag is attached to the trigger guard with a string. Total length: 6.75 inches (measured across the longest point in photo 11) Barrel length: 3 inches (measured in photo 11).
