The frames are built from solid oak with a light honey-toned finish and feature a sled-style base design. The construction utilizes visible finger joints at the rear corners of the base. The armrests are steam-bent into a continuous curve that serves as both the arm and the front leg support. Each chair is upholstered on the seat and backrest in a mauve-colored fabric featuring a repeating, tone-on-tone scalloped fan pattern.
