Description
A pair of large soft-sculpture folk art dolls depicting a male and female pilgrim, designed for seasonal harvest display. The female doll is dressed in a green and black plaid blouse featuring a wide white collar with a black ribbon bow. She wears a tan and white striped apron with white lace trim and two decorative pumpkin-shaped buttons, over brown ruffled trousers and a brown fabric bonnet with a plaid band. The male doll is attired in a brown jacket with two gold-tone buttons and a black faux-leather belt with a brown buckle, paired with green and black plaid trousers and a black fabric pilgrim-style hat. Both figures feature light brown synthetic yarn hair, black plastic bead eyes, hand-stitched mouths, and pink-blushed cheeks. The hands and faces are constructed from a tan fabric, and both dolls wear black fabric boots.
