A two-volume home medical reference set titled Health Knowledge: A Thorough and Concise Knowledge of the Prevention, Causes, and Treatments of Disease, Simplified for Home Use. Edited by J. L. Corish, M.D., this set was published by Medical Book Distributors, Inc. in New York. The copyright page indicates a latest copyright date of 1931 by Medical Book Distributors, Inc., following an initial 1919 copyright by Domestic Health Society, Inc. The volumes are bound in dark brown, heavily embossed material featuring ornate scrollwork, a central caduceus symbol, and gold-toned lettering.
