Description
This lot comprises a diverse group of medical and anatomical reference volumes. Included are multiple volumes of the Pediatric Clinics series published by Saunders, with titles covering Oral Health, Emergency Medicine, and Hematology, dating primarily from the late 1990s and 2000. Also present is a complete four-volume set of The Life Cycle Library housed in its original red publisher’s slipcase. Standing volumes include two copies of Uncover the Human Body by Silver Dolphin Books featuring layered anatomical illustrations, How the Body Works edited by Dr. Peter Abrahams, and several copies of The Way We Work by David Macaulay, published by Houghton Mifflin Company. The Macaulay volumes are hardcovers in original dust jackets, protected by clear mylar sleeves. Based on the scale in the images, the standing quarto-sized volumes measure approximately 10.75 inches in height.
