Description
A Welch Allyn medical diagnostic set designed for pediatric clinical use. The set comprises an otoscope, a novelty ophthalmoscope, a charging base, and a wall-mounted specula dispenser. The otoscope features a chrome-plated textured metal handle and a black plastic head. The chrome neck is engraved with characters reading 25020A USA. The ophthalmoscope features a matching handle and a head encased in a brown and tan plastic novelty monkey attachment. The rear of the ophthalmoscope head features printed white text reading Welch Allyn, Skaneateles Falls NY USA, US PAT.4,526,449 4,998,818, and CE REF 11720. The charging base is constructed of cream-colored molded plastic with a black top plate. The plate features a printed mark reading WELCH ALLYN positioned near a red indicator light. A black label on the front lower section reads Diagnostic Center. The wall-mounted specula dispenser is made of clear and black plastic with four vertical tubes marked with size labels 2.5 and 4.0.
