Description
This sterling silver child’s cup was manufactured by the Gorham Manufacturing Company of Providence, Rhode Island. The vessel features a cylindrical body with a flared rim and a strap-style handle with molded edges. The interior is finished with a gold-wash vermeil lining. The front of the cup is engraved with the name JEFF READ TARVER in block capital letters. The underside is stamped with the Gorham corporate hallmarks, including a lion passant, an anchor, and a Gothic letter G, along with the manufacturer name GORHAM, the material designation STERLING, and the pattern number 610.
