Description
This set of six dinner knives was manufactured by Towle Silversmiths of Newburyport, Massachusetts. The knives are designed in the Rambler Rose pattern, which was first introduced in 1937. The handles feature an ornate border of trailing roses and foliate scrolls framing a central recessed plain panel. The handles are constructed of sterling silver and are fitted with stainless steel blades. Each blade bears a stamped mark that reads TOWLE STERLING HANDLE STAINLESS BLADE. Length: 8 7/8 inches Total weight: 462 grams.
