Description
A pair of solid sterling silver cream soup spoons manufactured by Towle Silversmiths in the Candlelight pattern. Introduced in 1934, this pattern features round bowls and handles ornamented with delicate floral scrolls along the borders. The reverse of each handle neck is stamped with the Towle maker mark featuring a stylized T within a shield, followed by the words TOWLE STERLING in block capitals and the pattern name Candlelight in a cursive script. The spoons are constructed from .925 sterling silver and do not have any monograms. Length: 6 3/8 inches Weight: 76 grams.
