Description
A collection of commemorative medals issued by The Reader’s Digest Association, Inc. in 1997 as part of the promotional series titled Coin History of the U.S. Presidents. Each medal is struck in solid brass and presented in its original cardboard and clear plastic blister card. The obverse designs feature profile portraits of various United States Presidents including George Washington, John Adams, William Henry Harrison, James Buchanan, Grover Cleveland, Warren G. Harding, and Lyndon B. Johnson. Inscriptions on the obverse include the president’s name, their order of presidency, and the dates of their term in office. The reverse sides are obscured by the original mounting. The cardboard display features the Seal of the President of the United States and promotional text.
