Description
A set of four glazed earthenware salad plates produced by the Homer Laughlin China Company as part of the Fiesta dinnerware line. The set is comprised of two plates in the Seafoam green glaze and two plates in the Chartreuse green glaze. Each plate features the classic Fiesta design characterized by concentric circular rings around the rim and a smaller set of concentric rings in the center of the well. The plates are circular with a shallow well and a wide rim. The Seafoam green plates bear a blue underglaze backstamp on the reverse reading GENUINE Fiesta H-L-C USA. The Chartreuse green plates feature an impressed circular mark on the reverse reading HOMER LAUGHLIN CHINA CO. Fiesta U.S.A. AAAA LEAD FREE, where AAAA indicates the manufacturer date code. Diameter: 7 1/4 inches (18.4 cm).
