Description
This item is a horse-drawn buggy toy depicting an Amish family, a style frequently represented in mid-century cast iron collectibles. The piece is constructed from cast iron and consists of a single horse in a galloping pose pulling a covered carriage. The carriage is populated by four fixed figures: two seated in the front and two visible through a small rear window. Hand-painted details include flesh-toned faces, white bonnets for the female figures, and a white beard for the male driver. The entire assembly is finished in black paint.
