Description
This is a vintage Fuller No. 5 heavy-duty mechanics bench vise, cast from iron with steel components. The tool features the maker mark FULLER cast in block letters on the side of the main body, and the digit 5 is cast into the face of the sliding jaw, indicating a 5-inch jaw width. The vise is designed with a 360-degree swivel base that is adjusted via a manual locking T-handle lever. It is equipped with standard flat jaw faces as well as secondary V-groove pipe jaws located within the throat. The rear of the main casting includes an integrated flat anvil surface and a small horn for light shaping work.
