Description
An ornate double-arm electric wall sconce in the Neoclassical Revival style. The cast metal body features a central backplate decorated with acanthus leaves, scrollwork, and a motif of two affronted stylized birds. The sconce is finished in a gold tone with green-tinted polychrome accents. The reverse reveals an unplated silver-toned base metal, characteristic of cast white metal or spelter.
