Description
A group of three vintage utilitarian round wash tubs constructed from galvanized steel. Each tub features formed sheet metal walls with vertical seams and multiple horizontal corrugated ribs for structural reinforcement. The rims are rolled for added rigidity. Two of the tubs retain their original metal loop handles on the sides, while the third tub appears to have missing or damaged handle attachments. The bottom interiors of two tubs are stamped with the numeral 2, indicating a standard No. 2 size classification. These tubs exhibit a heavy aged patina consistent with mid-century agricultural or domestic use. Dimensions: Approximately 22 to 23 inches in diameter; approximately 11 to 12 inches in height.
