Description
A vintage mid-century metal picnic cooler produced for 7-Up. The unit features a painted steel exterior with a galvanized metal interior lining. The front panel displays an embossed 7-Up logo in a red square with white bubbles and lettering. Below the logo, the manufacturer’s mark is embossed as Progress Refrigerator Co. Louisville, KY. The design includes a large swing-arm carrying handle that serves as a locking mechanism for the lid. A built-in bottle opener is mounted to one side. The interior contains its original removable galvanized metal sandwich tray and a drain plug with an attached chain located near the base of the front panel.Height to top of handle: 19.5 inchesHeight to top of lid: 16 inchesWidth: 19 inchesDepth: 13.5 inches.
