The serpentine-shaped top features a sunburst patterned mahogany veneer center framed by a contrasting light-colored wood perimeter band. The top edge is finished with a gadrooned rope-carved border. The apron includes a single central drawer with matching veneer banding and a circular metal pull in a dark finish. The table is supported by four cabriole legs featuring high-relief shell and acanthus leaf carvings at the knees, terminating in scroll feet. An open lower shelf mirrors the contoured shape of the top and features coordinating wood veneer banding.
