Description
A vintage Guardian Service cast aluminum oval roaster pan. This piece of heavy-duty cookware features a textured pebbled or hammered exterior finish and a smooth interior surface. It is designed with two integral handles on the shorter ends. The base of the vessel is stamped with the manufacturer mark featuring a knight’s helmet profile with a plume, flanked by three stars on each side, with the words GUARDIAN SERVICE in a circular arrangement.
