Description
This vintage Coca-Cola Jumbo Dial thermometer was manufactured in 1984 by Tru Temp (TCA). The large circular advertising piece features a temperature scale ranging from -40 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit on a white outer perimeter. The center of the dial displays a red circle with the classic white Coca-Cola script logo and a contour bottle graphic, bordered by green and yellow concentric rings. A red indicator needle is mounted at the center to mark the temperature. Printed markings at the bottom edge of the dial include THE Tru Temp ® ORIGINAL Jumbo DIAL BY TCA ®, © 1984 The Coca-Cola Company, and Coca-Cola ® Brand Thermometer. The thermometer is constructed with a clear protective lens, a metal outer rim, and a metal backplate featuring two integrated mounting brackets at the top and bottom positions.
