Description
This lot consists of two pieces of deep ruby red pressed glass. The first item is a lidded, three-footed candy dish attributed to the Jeannette Glass Company in the Harvest Grape pattern. The vessel features a cylindrical body decorated with molded grape clusters and vine leaves against a stippled or pebbled background, standing on three scrolled feet. The matching lid features a corresponding grape motif and is finished with a grape cluster finial. The second item is a small open vessel, likely a rose bowl or votive holder, featuring a flared ruffled rim and a stepped circular pedestal base. The exterior is decorated with a molded floral pattern in the style of the Open Rose pattern. The interior rim of this piece has a molded notched sawtooth edge. Both pieces are constructed of translucent red glass and do not bear visible manufacturer marks.
