Description
A mid-to-late 20th-century 400-day anniversary clock manufactured by Kieninger and Obergfell under the Kundo brand. The mechanical torsion movement is mounted on two brass-toned pillars set upon a circular stepped base and protected by a removable clear glass dome. The cream-colored dial features an inner floral wreath of red and green blossoms, black Arabic numerals, and black hour and minute hands. The dial is marked Kundo in red script and MADE IN GERMANY at the bottom edge. The movement backplate is stamped with KIENINGER and OBERGFELL, the KO circular logo, Made in West Germany, and the letter H. It is further marked no (0) jewels unadjusted. The clock is equipped with a four-ball torsion pendulum.
