This pair of ceramic figurines functions as a salt and pepper shaker set. The set features two stylized figures: a woman in a white dress with a red headscarf, and a man in a white chef’s outfit with a matching chef’s hat. Both figures are rendered with black facial features, white eyes, and red lips. The woman figure has a black bow painted on the reverse, while the man has a black tie detail on the back. The figurines are composed of a white clay body with a high-gloss clear glaze and cold-painted accents in red and black. The undersides of both pieces show unglazed rims and include their original cork stoppers.
