Description
This lot features two wall clocks from the Sterling & Noble Clock Company. The first clock consists of a black plastic circular frame with a glass lens. The white dial is printed in black with the name STERLING & NOBLE CLOCK COMPANY and features large Arabic numerals. A secondary inner track is marked with five-minute intervals including 05, 10, and 15. The clock uses three black hands. The reverse movement is embossed with QUARTZ and CE, and a white rectangular adhesive label is applied reading MADE IN CHINA with a service number 1-800-817-1178. The second clock features a finished wood frame with a glass lens and a cream-colored dial. The dial is printed with Sterling & Noble CLOCK COMPANY and includes the text registration SERIAL No. 2,055,797 Mfg. No. 9. Two concentric tracks are printed around the Arabic numerals. The reverse quartz movement is embossed with Smart, 6168, MADE IN CHINA, QUARTZ, and CE. Both clocks are fitted with Energizer AA batteries. Black clock measures approximately 11.75 inches in diameter. Wood clock measures approximately 11.5 inches in diameter.
